Data we process and why

• Account: account ID, display name, chosen avatar, sign-in method (guest, e-mail, Google or Apple) and your e-mail if used — to provide your account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Guest: a random identifier stored on your device to recognise your account without registration.
• Gameplay: gold, gems, results, level, friends, clubs and missions — to operate the game.
• Security: IP address and server logs for a short period, and player reports — to protect the game against cheating and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device's push token (Google Firebase) to send alerts such as your daily gift or a friend coming online. You can turn them off in settings at any time.
• Purchases: gold purchases are processed by Google Play; we only receive the order ID and package to credit your gold. We never see your card details.
• Live voice: if you turn on your microphone at a table, your voice is streamed in real time only to the players at that table. Voice is never recorded or stored. The microphone is off unless you turn it on, and you can mute any player.
• Crash reports: device model, OS version and error text, without personal data — to fix problems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Playing in the browser (tarbe3a.com/play)

The browser version stores your sign-in token and settings (sound, vibration) in your browser's local storage on your device, because this is strictly necessary to run the game and keep you signed in. There are no tracking cookies and no ads, and all game files and fonts are loaded from our own server only, without any third party. Signing out or clearing the site data in your browser removes them.

What we don't do

No advertising. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Gold is virtual, for entertainment only, and has no monetary value.

Processors

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (EU). When signing in with Google or Apple, their privacy policies apply to the sign-in. Crypto purchases on our website are processed by NOWPayments; we only send them the order number and amount, and we keep your player ID, package and payment status for 10 years (accounting law).

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Security logs, crash reports, technical problem reports and password-reset requests are deleted within 90 days. Typed chat and group messages are kept for 30 days only, to review reports of abusive messages, and are then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can delete your account and all its data in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by e-mail.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 16.
